Policy

Deposit & Payment

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time.

The initial deposit is 50% of the full session total.

Sessions must be paid in full 72 hours prior to the booking date. An invoice will be sent out to the client once the deposit is received.

Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the Zakaria White Photography policies.

****Please be aware that if a deposit is not sent, then a session is not booked.*****

Editing

Standard editing included with all sessions:

- Minor skin retouch
- Minor flyaway removal
- Highlights & Shadows balanced

Model Release

The client grants the photographer the right to use all images and footage without restriction for advertising, portfolios, and other lawful purposes. The client waives the right to inspect any images produced using the images or footage from the events in this contract, and the right to restrict the use of the images or footage from the listed events by the photographer.

Booking

To ensure the highest quality of service and proper planning for your photography session, all bookings MUST be made at least one week in advance. I will not accept last-minute bookings where the session date falls within the same week as the booking.

This allows me the necessary time to prepare, tailor the experience to your needs, and guarantee a seamless and memorable session.
